(1) The meeting of the commission will be held as per the need at the place, date and time specified by the chairman.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), in the absence of the chairman, the meeting of the commission shall be held at the place, date and time specified by the secretary in consultation with the members.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the commission are present, the quorum for the meeting of the commission will be considered.
(4) The meeting of the commission will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence by the senior member among the members present in the meeting.
(5) The decision of the Commission shall be made unanimously. In this way, if a decision cannot be reached by consensus, the opinion of the majority in the meeting of the commission will be valid and if the votes are equal, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the meeting of the commission will be certified by the chairman.
(7) If the Commission wishes, it may invite experts in the field related to the work of the Commission to participate in the meeting of the Commission as observers.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission itself.
